12U Rec Fall Team Registration

*Please complete player information for league registration for the Fall softball season through the google form below.

12U = 11 or 12 as of January 1st next year

*Space may be limited and number of teams depends on number of player registrations.

*If you are registering multiple players, please complete a SEPARATE REGISTRATION form for each player.
*Registration fee is $130 (plus $50 per jersey if needed)

*Jersey payment is processed separately.

*All jerseys are high quality and personalized with player name and number. Each jersey is $50.

*Coaches will have a sizing kit to help ensure everyone receives the correct size.
*Players are responsible for baseball/softball pants, socks and belt.
*Registration payments will be handled through the link below the registration form.
